Before Purchase
Please take a moment to review these important notes before you proceed with your insurance order.
Ensure that all details entered (name, plate number, contact info, and email) are correct. These details will appear exactly on your policy.
Your insurance policy will be emailed to the address you provided once payment is verified. Please double-check for typos before submitting your form.
After you complete your payment, a confirmation email will be sent automatically. Our team will begin processing your policy after verification.
Please allow up to 24 hours on business days for your official insurance policy to be issued. Orders made on weekends or holidays are processed the next working day.
After Payment
Once your payment has been confirmed:
- You will receive your official CTPL or PA Insurance Policy via email.
- Review all details on the document for accuracy (name, plate number, coverage period, etc.).
- Save a digital copy and print it for your records or for use in LTO registration renewal.
- If you haven’t received your policy within the timeframe, check your Spam/Junk folder, or contact us for assistance.
Refunds & Corrections
Please review our policy on changes and refunds:
- Requests for correction or refund must be made within 24 hours from the time you receive your policy.
- Once your policy is officially released by People’s General Insurance Services, we may no longer be able to make changes or issue refunds.
- Refunds are only applicable for duplicate or erroneous transactions verified by our team.
